Inadmissability Issues
What is inadmissibility?
Some people are not allowed to come to Canada. They are “inadmissible” as per Canada’s immigration law. There might be different reasons for it. Some of the reasons might include:
- Violation of human or international rights
- Committed a crime
- Member of an organization that is indulged in criminal activities like money laundering, smuggling, etc.
- Have medical issues
- Financial issues
- Misrepresentation
- Have an inadmissible family member
But if you have a valid reason to travel to Canada then you might get a temporary resident permit. However, the reasons you have mentioned for your visit or stay in Canada must overweight the health and safety of the Canadians. Even though the reason for being inadmissible may seem minor, one has to justify their visit.
Immigration to Canada can sometimes be time-consuming and complicated. If you are facing any issues mentioned above, you must contact us. We will not only discuss the problem but will suggest the best possible solutions.
